The scale refuses to budge!
Maybe it needs new batteries? :)
I know I'm shrinking, my clothes say it's true!
Today is a "RUN" day - but it's extremely windy outside. So I'm going to be a big baby and pass on running today.
Instead I will do my weight work out that is regularly scheduled for tomorrow and hope that tomorrow the winds will have passed so I can go out for a run!
