WTH why does it seem as though i dont burn enough calorie during my workout even though I sweat more here than any other program I've done!??!!??! I might not be giving 100% but I am giving at least 90%. I thought the more weight you have to loose the more calories you have to burn yet this girl who is smaller than me burns damn near 900 calories and I get only half... so do I have it backwards or is my Polar HR monitor wrong?
