I haven't weighed this since a year ago! I have not been able to lose all year because I always want to have my "cake" and weight loss, too. I weigh myself often, hoping that miracles happen. I gained ten pounds over this last year ever so gradually. Now I remember, it's not about how much I weigh but how I feel because I feel much better. I feel like pulling my stomach in. I feel like stretching. I feel like fat was clogging my spine. I feel younger! It will start showing in my face. I can't wait to see my cheekbones again. So when I get to my goal weight, I won't go back to cookies, candy and ice cream, because they make me feel bad, aside from starting the whole cylcle of slowing gaining again! No,no,no.
