I've been indulging on sweets and the fat foods, but in moderation. I can honestly say that my body actually isn't a big fan of sweets anymore; 10 minutes after consuming something sweet I get so tired. Anyway I know that I will get back on main street in a couple of days, in which this will include me using the cardio firm weights I recevied for christmas.

Your doing great...wish my body would do that too, but I do notice that it doesn't like too much of it! Oh well, maybe one day! Keep up the great work!
