Didn't do too well this week - next week I have dinners to go to where I won't be able to resist some extra carbs... but I'm staying on this long term and hope to join a gym in February or March, once my arthritis eases up, the YMCA in my town is very expensive to join and so I may have to wait a while if I go there and I want to go there since they have a pool and the other two gyms in my town do not.. I ate out twice this week with extra carbs and also had too many carbs with some diet desserts this week too. So I know my carb level intake has to be very low for me to lose weight - but I'm very glad I didn't gain anything....I would've lost weight had I been exercising too along with my dieting, which kind of fell apart this week. I start again...
