Ok the day that I quit drinking diet mountain dew I drink 8 to 10 cans everyday so this is gonna be a very tough challenge drink a green tea this morning
186.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Holy Cow!! That was a lot of Dew! I allow myself one diet coke a day. Good for you for making a change. It's going to take a few weeks to get out of the habit. You can do it! Stick with it!
