Greeting Everybody. Been gone for a while. I am back, but not back on Atkins. Had some health issues. Now I am on insulin and trying to creat an Atkins program that includes higher carbs and 2oz of milk at bedtime.
301.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 75.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
