yoooooooo i lost some w8!
this is actually the lowest i've gotten since i started taking losing weight seriously last year. i've stuck to the 80% clean eating, 20% whatever i want and it's working really well now that i'm adding exercise to it. i'm actually starting to up my workouts this week, going to still do my three days of cardio but add a strength day!
