I need to make some changes...
I think I'll go for lower carbs. If I'm not mistaken the sweet spot for losing is 50carbs per day. (I think I read that here somewhere). I'll have to track what I eat... beurk!
I've stayed true to my fasting plan all week (no eating between 7pm and noon), but yet, nothing appears on the scale....
But I still want to keep at it, as I like the other benefits.
Well, I can see this as good practice for once I'm on the maintaining phase.
I commit to do better this week, day by day.

The "sweet spot" is what works for you...I stay very low, less than 20 net (most of the time even lower) because I feel better and it helps keep cravings and hunger at bay. I experimented a while back with raising just a bit and felt hungrier, so backed off again. That being said I know people that eat under 100g carbs and do fine....LC has been wonderful for ME, good luck to YOU!

50-100 carbs per day is the sweet spot. I am living proof after following this advice after reading Mark Sisson's Primal Bluerint i dropped 3 pant sizes and have kept it off since college.
