Another good week. No problems. Easy to follow. I was heavy on protein and will strive to eat more veggies this upcoming week. I do not miss the refined sugar or the bread and I know that I cannot have the tiniest bite or I will relapse. I do not have the will power yet. I am a little nervous about Thanksgiving since I am making the macaroni casserole to take. I am going to look around for an acceptable recipe for broccoli casserole and eat lots of turkey.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

Cauliflower casserole is my substitution for Mac and Cheese. I love it!

I'm having alot of problems getting my veggies in every day!!! I eat PLENTY of protein, but, I tend to skimp on the veggies which isn't good...so now, I'm making myself have a veggie with every "protein" meal that I eat and I aim to eat 1 salad a day...

Oh and I meant to say that you're doing very well...I'm also a bit nervous about Thanksgiving...but I'm going to eat what I want and jump back on the wagon...enjoy your Holiday...a very wise fat secret friend told me that
