so glad to be back at a proper weight. I know I haven't been doing things exactly right, but I'm grateful for the face which has yielded good new such as this. but rather than holding my breath on hopes that I stay at this weight I simply need to be mindful of the proper choices that lead to the best possible health.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
