Well, I haven't been doing any weight loss for quite a while. I have been doing a lot of travelling and just keep telling myself I will lose the weight when I get home! Although some came off, I seemed to add more on the next holiday. Just got back from recent break in Devon area, did lots of walking with family and dogs' but still put on weight (4lbs). Is it muscle? Probably not. My biggest down fall is wine, wish I could curb it.
