I want to add to my comments about last night's exercise. The wide squats are very very hard for me to do. I can only squat a few inches. LOL. Its ridiculous.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
