I hit my first milestone! I'm very grateful and blessed to have found this program. I know that my last two days were not my best so I probably could have seen better results. However, I was successful in all three of my challenges! I'm going to beginning taking measurements to track my inches along with my mass. I know this week, I've seen significant loss in my arms and waistline. Keep up the great work everyone!
