Hit the 170's! That is a major milestone - have not been here for many, many years! Getting lots of positive feedback on my weight loss, which really helps. Am finding that I truly have changed habits and my way of eating; really excited to get the last 15 pounds off and then see how maintenance goes.
Lots of holiday events this week...but I"ll be prepared and eat ahead or take a sugar free treat along with me. It works!
