HCB -- hope we are not going to be rivals in October. Our Cubbies are looking pretty darn good. Wish I could spend the weekend at the ballpark, but not possible this weekend. Good luck to the red sox and congratulations on your progress And I'm with pandasmom -- go somewhere with AC and wear those red pants. And BTW Nordstrom has a great looking red and pink cardigan on sale half price that would look nifty with red pants!

So when you say you increased your RDI, you increased your calories/amount of food? Do you think when eating less, it was negatively impacting weight loss? I am curious because I am afraid to eat more due to weight gain but probably don't eat enough for weight loss. If you increased your RDI, how much did you increase it by? Good for you for maing your goals!!!!!!

@ Suzwald - I increased my protein and healthy fats to support fat loss without losing any lean muscle mass. I f you are lifting heavy weights regularly, you can eat more because lean muscle burns more just hanging around = metabolism. If you are not working out with weights, increasing your RDI may not help you.

Congrats! So happy for you!
