haphazardly but prayerfully I changed my calorie limit to that which an average human being should consume. in fact I am smaller than average in height so very well may need even less than that in the end.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
