Starting Day 3 of my cleanse - feeling good! I have an orthopedic surgeon appt WAY to early in the morning but didn't want to be late for work. this guy is highly recommended so it took a couple months to get in. Hoping we can put off surgery into the very distant future!!!!!! Wearing work out clothes so if I get out early I get my workout today!
