Well the fasting diffidently was something different. Big drop this week which is very good, I just do not want to drop to fast, I ended my 72 hour fast about 10 hours early just to be safe with my health. I hope everyone has a great and productive week.

Hi. If you don't mind...I'd like to ask you a couple of questions...I'm just now 2 weeks into trying to lose weight..i have read so many articles about diets that it's seriously making my head spin! Some say if you want to lose weight, eat a high protein diet but the foods listed are so fattening??? How can u possibly lose weight? Other say low calorie is the way to go...And the liquid fast? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Why would you not want to lose weight too fast? If I told you that you had Type II Diabetes due to excess fat surrounding your Pancreas, wouldn't you want to remove it as quickly as possible and regain your health as quickly as possible? You could also look to spread out your fasting into 16hr chunks. fast from dinner through till 12pm the following day ~16hrs. Do that and you're at a good 112hrs for the week of fasting.
