Had a really good weigh in, I just hate counting on the idiot box to determine how well I eat and exercise. I felt good this week and when you eat right and exercise right you should feel good. Thank you everyone for all the support, when dealing with weight it is always a hard challenge no matter if you are overweight or underweight.

Nice job, remember the Idiot Box is just one way to measure success...and not the best one.

I totally agree I think the best and most rewarding measuring tool is your clothes, the scale is just a none tangible number, however your clothes are so satisfying when they fit or are getting to big.
