I was at a friends house almost all day yesterday babysitting and there wasn't much to choose from that wouldn't completely through off my diet. Considering I didn't do too badly. It did help that I had a protein rich breakfast before I took off. Overall the holiday has caused a minor setback but nothing major and I really believe having an activia everyday is helping to keep the excess pounds at bay.
