okay, so to be honest today I'm 149, yesterday I was 147. I didn't record yesterday so I'm recording this as my first weigh in of the month for accuracy. I was really surprised. I'm disappointed but not surprised to be at this weight today. I may have had half a liter of fluid on board too. it is hard but it is good.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
