I just found an error in my food diary. I had entered a recipe as I make it and I usually have 2 tilapia fillets, so that's what I put. Then when I would eat it, I would enter 2 servings, lol! So I just went back and changed some of my food diaries since it doesn't change past entries if you edit the recipe. It wasn't pretty lol! But at least I found it. I exercised pretty good today! I am heading for the shower now.
