Today is the day after Spike Day. Yesterday I had so many bad things to eat, to reach my high calorie goal. I had a great dinner with family and friends, but I realized that some of the things that I'd normally look forward to were kinda gross on me. I had a high quality ice cream for dessert, and I really didn't care for it. It tasted like sugar and raw eggs. :( Anyways, I had my 3600 calories, and as so many other times I did not like it. It's too much, and my stomach gets messed up from it. Today I gained almost a kg - that's pretty normal for Sundays after Spike Day. Now, my mission is to lose that, and the weight I did NOT lose last week before next Saturday morning. I hope to reach at least under 91 kgs, but I would appreciate to no longer be in the 90's. That is, however, a goal I have in mind to reach when I've done this for a year on October 4th. Today, I will go with my wife to "visit" my parents at the cemetary, go to our little garden, visit some friends, and have a nice, light lunch somewhere. :) Life is good.
