Still the same weight, frustrated, hungry, craving. I'm so disappointed in myself because it feels like nothing improves! I know my weight could be worse, but I'm super frustrated that I have not been able to stay within my calorie goals, and even more frustrated when adherence to the program does not yield results. Stress eating today. Feeling so out of control. So mad about my review, just the objectivity of my failure. Compounded by my lack of progress with my fat secret. Makes me want to give up.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
