Again gaining 2# @ the beginning of the month, also my time of the month. I have exceeded the calories some & have not exceeded the exercise at all. BP high. Back hurts. Headaches including the ones I wish to avoid. Presently quite tired, and craving. Not only craving but also feeling a bit hungry. Discouraged at the gain. And the HTN & the craving & the excess. So many remarks today. One at work and many at the party. I acknowledged my progress. I don't feel better because my back is killing me right now. I still have a headache & my body goes through periods of weakness as it continues to adjust to the changes. And right now my mind wants food. I don't know if I really look different or what. I feel a bit different, but a bit the same. Just reminding myself of why I'm doing this & how. It's not about specific results, but about the process of being healthy so that overweight is not a reason for poor health of any sort. Not doing this to be treated differently by others. Actually feels ok to share that my efforts are not really extreme. The counting can get that way, but the limits are not at all extreme.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
