Because of Thanksgiving, I will not weigh in until Monday. Am I the only person who puts of weighing in when I know I have gained?? Lol.
Short Term goal = By Christmas, I would like to be 130 and maintain it until Jan 1, and then I will start a new goal. This would be me losing at a rate of 2lbs a week. I think I might get there faster, b/c I am usually 130, it's only after a bad week will I jump to 140.
