So I weighed in at 154 the other day but I won't record it since I ran around that whole day, didn't eat, weighed, then came home & stuffed myself. I have been trying to be more careful about my calories. I've come this far. I'd hate to lose my progress. I don't believe being more careful about the calories will help me to lose weight faster. I just believe that it will ensure that I am taking measured efforts towards my goal. This way if I do not weigh in one pound lighter on the first weigh in of October than I did in September, I will have the means to determine an appropriate modification.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
