Well i gained .6 of a pound.. so yes i did gain weight.. but it could also be that I gained some muscle. maybe maybe not since i took my class but we did more cardio than weights.. or maybe it was all the muffins i ate!!! okay now getting serious today am staying within my diet..that I have already set up.. and I am going to work out in my room today and then go out to walk/run/bike later on...
