I've been at a plateau for a month. I looked back through my food diary and realized I was eating way more veggies than I am right now. I'm just starting to add them back in today to see if that makes a difference.

Yea I have been gaining too. Not eat on plan etc.. with my work coming to a halt in a week, I’m going to have to kick my butt in gear and get back to exercising.
