fell off the wagon bad, this is going to take a bit to get back on track.
428.9 lb Lost so far: 71.1 lb.    Still to go: 178.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I went to Italy was on vacation 3 weeks gained #25, and I've restarted over 10,000 times, you can do it!We are here for the journey!

One step at a time. Will power and deprivation won't work long term. Find lower calorie alternatives for your high calorie foods. Avoid drinking your calories, because it doesn't fill you up as much as food does.
