I was feeling very stressed for a few weeks & felt compelled to eat especially sweets & other carbs. yesterday I realized that, among other stressors, I was very worried about not having learned enough during summer break to make up for what I didn't grasp well before.
I realized that despite such a stressful prospect, I did pass so far & I know a lot & I have learned to make studying a greater priority & if all those efforts result in unpreparedness for work, I can always get a different type of job.
