I knew it was too good to be true. I used a different scale on Sunday. It is a net lose anyway. Moving on.
7 hours sleep with 8 minutes awake & 7 minutes restless. Not too bad, but I'd rather sleep 8-9 hours. I'll try to go to sleep earlier tonight.
