I've been trying different meal combos, and seems they are not taking me in the right direction. I am getting better at regulating my eating times, so it is more meal oriented, and not eating over the course of a day. I will be consulting with my Dr about fasting... appointment with Dietician isn't until the middle of August, which is when I will get the results of my blood tests, and see if that has any information we can use. Not impressed with the weight gain, but also expected some yo-yo stuff till I get it all figured... right now, with limited info, I am kinda shooting in the dark, and what may be a moving target. Oh well, another week to try again.
271.2 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
