I've been able to manage a 2400-2500 calorie diet most days.

This process is going to be slow. I've only recently been able to muster the energy to cook, etc and my appetite is unpredictable.

Having cancer requires patience (at least for me).
145.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

For me, patience includes persistence. I am nothing if not persistent. 😉
