Go you. :) we don't maybe move as fast as we would like, but keeping on keeping on even in the face of a weight that doesn't budge eventually seems to work. :D I just fought it out with a plateau that has (maybe) broken today after a month or so... whew!

What's important is you began you're journey and though not as perfect as you would like, you recognized and desire to improve. ☺️ I haven't perfect either in that I still caved in and grabbed a snack here and there. I'm thankful though that instead of eating half the bag of chips like I normally would, I only ate 4 pieces to satisfy my craving. I know I need to improve with not wanting them at all, but I think the lesser quantity I ate is still a win. Like you, I will try harder to do better this week! ❤️
