Will check out the book. I switched to a Vegan/WFPB diet a year ago to lose weight and reduce my cholesterol, but obviously preventing cancer and other chronic illnesses is important. We may be born with certain health conditions, but there’s certainly no reason to exacerbate them or encourage new ones — my diet is within my control, so I’m going to do what I can.
