kind of eat a lot Sunday today is new week try to be 165 by Sunday
168.2 lb Lost so far: 74.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You too I haven't lost but haven't gained so doing well this week really want to be 165 by Feb 27 it's my son's birthday he will be 25 I don't know what happened to the time I don't feel old but my kids are getting older all the time
