I am having issues posting a photo. I think I did but was not able to comment. anyway, I joined a Aqua Fitness class in November. it is twice a week and I love it. it is helping my weight loss journey. just signed up for classes thru May!!!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
