SV: This week weigh in. 0.5kg(1#) down from last week.
NSVs: 1. Able to focus more since I don't constantly feel tired anymore. (constantly feel hungry instead 😅)
2. Waist down an inch from before, to 37.
3. Save lots of money on food bills.
TNSV: The not so victorious 🤭 1. Piriformis syndrome or sciatica still lingers. Although not as bad.
2. Somehow I can feel back the pain on my shoulder from an accident years ago as I become lighter. Any sudden movement hurts so much that I can't move my whole arm.
3. Excess skin, lol🤣.

Thanks BB. I hope so too. I notice the piriformis few weeks after I started my weight loss journey. The shoulder pain only last for a minute or two, had to hold my scream when it happened. I just assumed it from the accident where I fell from my bike and landed hard on my shoulder. Probably no surgery BB. All the excess skins are on the area where i will never expose to the public, under arms, chest, belly, bums and thigh. So it's all good if I wear loose enough clothing.😄🌻

Thanks otb. Congrats on the successful mudder event💪💪💪. 75kg(165 lbs) is my current target. Still have 70kg(154lbs) and 65kg(143lbs) to go. On average I lose around 10lbs a month. Hope to reach my final goal by the end of the year.
