I must say that I am a little bit disappointed, it has only been 6 days since my first weigh in but I want Monday for a weigh in day. After all the activity I felt like I should have at least had an 8 pound drop :). Oddly enough I do have a three inch difference in my waist measurements. Down to 43 from 46. I am certain that I am done with the excess water weight loss so from here on out it should be fat falling off. I'll take whatever loss I get and be thrilled with it!

That's an amazing one week drop. Don't be disappointed. A lot of weeks may not be that good. Slow and steady wins the race and keeps it off.

Thanks guys, I so appreciate the support! My comment about being disappointed is strictly in relation to the level of tired my body is after the last 4 days. I actually pushed myself beyond my endurance limits and felt completely used up. In the past my first 20-30 lbs always came off in the first month. The hard work begins when the scales slow down after Induction has leveled off.
