the gain could've been worse. so crazy last week with mom having a stroke but she's back at nursing home & doing well. didn't track food last week, lots poor choices eating out. it's a new week!
213.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1073 kcal Fat: 33.49g | Prot: 47.60g | Carb: 157.13g.   Breakfast: Great Value Lowfat Yogurt - Strawberry Banana. Lunch: General Mills Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheerios , Daisy 4% Small Curd Cottage Cheese. Dinner: Green String Beans, Fried Potatoes, Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other: Jewel-Osco Chewy Granola Bars - Smores, Family Tree Farms Plumcot. more...

So sorry your mom had a stroke, it's a wonder you didn't go completely off the rails. Usually when my husband was in the hospital (6 times in 1 year) I'd say I deserve sweets to treat myself. This May I finally didn't eat desserts when he was in. Please be easy on yourself. You are right: it's a new week.
