started my day with a migraine been off most sugars for 4 days. can't just cold turkey my sugarery snacks on Saturday and Sunday nights.
ate my orange dark chocolate bar and got into some chips and dip, I only ate a handful with little dip normally eat all of it. kicked the cravings
259.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
