The scale gods were again kind this morning. April and the first of May have been real challenges, the scale just wasn’t moving according to the effort exerted. I was told once, there are times where the results of your efforts won’t show immediately. Let’s stay focused and follow the commitments we’ve made to ourselves.
231.4 lb Lost so far: 58.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
