first off I would like to thank everyone for your suggestions. today I weighed in with my coach after starting a 15 day challenge. this is my first week on it and I can say I lost some inches. we adjusted my calories down to 1725. still need to drink more water . my coach also went through my journal and gave me additional product suggestions. next week I check in with her again. I'm going to do weekly check ins until I see more improvement on my part.
