Hi Degibbs1.. I read your comment and think that you should join a challenge in the near future and stay active to get good tips, motivation and to check-in and report your progress... it would be the first step to set your mind and committ to do a challenge.
The 2nd thing would be to do it step by step and change completely your nutrition. Eat healthy, smaller portions and controlled.
No offense, we all go thru this, we all need support and the very important thing that needs to come along is exercise. Start off slowly and small and increase as you go.
