Grrr...What's going on here? I went down to 170, up to 173, down to 170, and now back to 173.6? And all in the span of a week and a half! Had a terrible weekend with smoking; probably smoked half the fields of tobacco in South Caroline...Or at least two packs in 2.5 days. Had such a head ache! Too much going on in too little time. Gratefully, ate well. Drank tons of water. Got out bicycle. Will keep trying, but why is my body doing this? This weird fluctuation is frustrating. I just want to break into the 160's so badly!
173.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
