A Sunday well spent brings a week of content!
Just finished planning meals for next week,now I'm off to grocery shop. Day 5 of this journey. I'm loving this app this far and how it is holding me accountable.Stay tuned and I'll share next week how I got here.😁
182.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
