down 6/10's. There's hope! Eating Too much! No of cigarettes: 0. Sugar Cravings--Wow! Eating everything I can lay my hand on after 8 pm. Must stop that! Beef jerky was really helpful; and surely better than ice cream or buttery popcorn. Got in a three mile walk last night, as the WRAC was closed. Hips are sore today, but pilates tonight will help soothe that. Keep trying. It will resolve.
