Slow week but I enjoyed The Eagles concert so it's all good.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Slow Meta, that is my cat Milo. He is a Lynx Point Siamese - tabby and Siamese mix. He was my Covid adoption animal. Crazy and fun but a bit mean to my 17 year old.
